Click and Collect
- We’re happy to offer Click & Collect from our Beachlands store.
- Place order, select the Click & Collect option at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready for collection.

Shipping info
- All online orders will be processed and dispatched within 24hrs Monday to Friday. All orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Orders on NOT dispatched on Public Holidays, orders placed on these days will be sent out within the next two business days.
- There maybe delay’s in the Christmas season so please be aware and place orders with a few days to spare.
We will do everything we can to ensure delivery before Christmas but we do not take responsibility for delivery delays. - Please note we only ship to physical addresses – we do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Once the Courier has picked up your order from our store, you will be emailed a tracking number, you can track the journey of your order via the Courier link on the email.
Shipping within NZ
- Shipping within New Zealand is $9.00, including rural delivery
- FREE shipping within New Zealand for all orders over $350 [excludes furniture]
All orders are shipped using Post Haste/Corier Post or NZ Couriers and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Please allow 2-3 working days for your delivery. For rural delivery please allow1-2 extra days
International Shipping
We ship orders internationally, depending on where you are, freight will be determined at the checkout, for all other countries not listed at the checkout please Contact Us for a shipping quote
We do not ship furniture items internationally.
All orders are sent by either International Air Post-not tracked or by International Economy Courier-tracked with New Zealand Post. Appox delivery time frames are listed below.
Any additional taxes/ duties or import ccaosts that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.
